The client
The organiser of a large-scale national conference and exhibition, spread across multiple event spaces and engagement areas.
The challenge
A large-scale national conference welcoming thousands of attendees required a complete visual environment across multiple event spaces, exhibitions and attendee engagement areas — with one consistent identity across every touchpoint.
The approach
Working as lead designer and print coordinator, MN Studio was responsible for creative development, artwork production and delivery of every branded element in the venue, coordinating suppliers and installation across zones.
The solution
A multi-format visual system for the whole venue: around 21 individual site items, including stage graphics, departmental displays, programme signage, awareness graphics, café branding, cycling exhibition pieces and circular vinyl graphics — produced in large format and coordinated through installation.
